Unrestricted Funds are established by donors to provide the Foundation with the greatest flexibility to meet the most pressing and ever changing needs of our community:

Distributions from this fund are used for any educational, charitable, scientific, or literary uses, and other purposes of a similar nature. - The Citizens' National Bank of Ashland Community Fund
Distributions from this fund are used to maintain, promote, and improve the welfare, health, education, employment, happiness, safety, and security of the citizens of the Ashland area. - Friends of the Foundation Fund
